The yoga asana (pose) practice that is taught is designed to be effective for all levels of experience in one class.  Based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, Nicole has adapted the practice to include everyone.  From the beginner to advanced practitioner the method is safe, effective, and appropriately challenging for each individual. In the same class, a group of beginners and experts can practice safely together with attention to detail and easy and advanced variations offered throughout.
